Office Management Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Office Manager to oversee key administrative responsibilities across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accounts Payable: Manage and process invoices, handle payments
* Accounts Receivable: Track debtors, manage cash flow
* Payroll: 15 personnel, including superannuation and associated tasks
* General Account functions: Reconcile accounts, prepare reports
* General Administration: Provide customer service and support day-to-day operations
* Supervise Staff: Oversee tasks for part-time administrator
The ideal candidate will have experience in administration, accounting, and payroll management, with proficiency in MS Office and XERO. A current driver's license and ability to work independently are also essential.
