**What you can expect with this role**
You'll be conducting meter readings, testing taps and assisting with the maintenance of meters.
You'll be identifying water issues, reporting meter access issues and non-compliant water services, reviewing meter reports and assisting with customer queries.
Your day will also include a lot of walking (walking over 10km per day) so you need to be physically fit, comfortable working alone and you need to **always** put safety first.
**Your skills and experience**
If your local to the Geraldton area, hold a WA Driving Licence (Class C), a strong awareness of safety, you must be able to walk over 10km a day and you must be comfortable working alone. If this sounds like a great job to you, try your hand (and feet) as a meter reader.
