About Us 
Enforcement and Support Services (ESS) is a business unit within Civil and Enforcement Services, Department of Justice and Community Safety's Courts, Civil and Criminal Law group. ESS is responsible for managing the end-to-end infringement system in Victoria. The Project Officer role is located within Enforcement and Support Services (ESS), which is the primary operational unit within CES. 
The Role 
The Project Officer reports to the Business Support Team Lead regarding assigned projects, activities and work programs, including branch-wide continuous improvement initiatives, audit and compliance activities, development and management of policies, correspondence templates and upkeep of various business registers. 
Some Of Your Duties Will Include 
- Producing high quality and detailed documents including reports, briefings, policies and procedures, training documents, information sheets, correspondence, and planning documents to support all areas within ESS. 
- Demonstrating creative thinking in the design and implementation of project outcomes and continuous improvement activities. 
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, contractors, suppliers and government agency counterparts.

About You 
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate: 
- Experience in the delivery of projects in an operational setting. 
- The ability to prepare well-written, timely, concise, accurate and audience-appropriate briefings and reports and documents for publication. 
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
