All Hours Electrical
All Hours Electrical is seeking an experienced and organised Office Administrator to join our growing team. This role is suited to someone with previous experience working within an electrical company who is confident managing day-to-day operations and supporting multiple business areas.
In addition to our electrical operations, this position will also assist with the administration of our entertainment division, including party buses, GameVault, Gym Bus, and SINNS Perth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing daily office operations for All Hours Electrical
* Scheduling jobs and coordinating electricians
* Ordering electrical materials and supplies
* Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls
* Preparing quotes and assisting with invoicing
* Liaising with customers, suppliers, and staff
* Assisting with administration for entertainment buses
(Party on Patty buses, GameVault, Gym Bus, SINNS Perth)
* General office and administrative support duties
Essential Requirements:
* Minimum of previous experience working in an electrical company
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Professional and confident phone manner
* Ability to multitask and work independently
* Competent computer skills (email, scheduling and office software)
