How you'll make a difference
* Lead the design management of complex rail infrastructure projects across all stages (feasibility, concept, detailed design, and delivery).
* Ensure compliance with relevant rail standards, codes, and safety regulations.
* Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing design teams across ANZ.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships with transport authorities, contractors, and partners.
* Prepare high‐quality design documentation, reports, and executive briefings that enable clear, timely decisions.
Qualifications
The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don't tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role. Please apply, all applications will be considered.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in rail infrastructure design and delivery.
* Chartered status (CPEng or equivalent) and eligibility/membership with Engineers Australia or Engineering New Zealand preferred.
* Strong experience in multidisciplinary design coordination and integration.
* Experience working within ANZ rail environments and regulatory frameworks.
* Proven delivery across multi‐disciplinary rail programs (stations, corridors, systems, structures) with strong interface management.
