Cleared is partnering with a leading IT services provider to support a major government client. We are seeking experienced Project Managers with current security clearances to join their high-performing team. This role involves delivering projects across ICT in secure, fast-paced environments.
Clearance: Active Security Clearance NV2 or TSPV (hold or able to go through the OSA Process)
SFIA Level: Equivalent to SFIA Level 5
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple project activities and priorities as directed.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
* Prepare reports, briefings, submissions, and returns in accordance with organisational standards.
* Apply established project management methodologies, practices, and procedures.
* Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships; communicate with influence and negotiate effectively.
* Understand and articulate complex technical concepts and project-related issues to various stakeholders.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in project management, ideally within ICT-focused projects.
* Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile).
* Ability to tailor and blend methodologies to suit specific project or business contexts.
* Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to grasp complex technical details quickly and relay them clearly.
Desirable Qualifications and Certifications:
* RegPM certification with the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM), or eligibility to obtain certification.
* Undergraduate qualifications in Information Technology and/or Project Management.
