**The Opportunity**
Based in Brisbane and reporting to the Regional Manager, this position is primarily responsible for delivering effective support services to the QLD team.
Responsibilities include:
- Liaise with clients and ensure excellent customer service
- Processing of all job costing and financial information including customer invoices as instructed,
- Record management including processing quotes and maintaining CRM
- Process purchase orders, supplier invoices, credit card transactions and petty cash;
- Completing special projects by organising and coordinating information and requirements;
- Contributing to team effort by supportive ad hoc tasks as needed
- Office housekeeping and general tasks to support the office and region.
**About You**
To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills and experience:
- At least 1 years of administration experience
- Business qualifications would be desirable
- Good communication skills including verbal presentations and report-writing
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Strong time management and project management skills
- Management of supplier relationships
- Consistent achievement of administrative initiatives (on-time, within scope, under budget)
- Effective reinforcement of organisational culture
- Working autonomously and supportive a broader team
- Accurate and timely processing of accounts transactions
