Our Client is responsible for central coordination, and strategy and policy leadership in relation to cyber and critical infrastructure resilience, security and immigration are looking LMS Help Desk Officer on a long 12 + 12 + 12 Month Contract.
Duties of the LMS Help Desk Office:
* Assisting members of staff to resolve issues with the learning attempts in the Learning Management System (LMS)
* Assisting Divisional Learning Teams (DLT) and other training teams to prepare for and deliver courses on the LMS
* Evaluate and respond to issues with the LMS
* Responding to queries about completions in the LMS
Skills and Experience Required:
* With delivery and administration of online digital learning solutions.
* Providing technical support to users and/or system administrators.
* Experience in administering a learning management system or providing system administration duties is highly desirable
* In the development and delivery of SCORM1.2 digital learning solutions
* Experience using Acorn learning management system
