Under general direction you will:
- Administer the Acendre (e-Recruit) system including managing end-to-end processes, from advertising to on-boarding.
- Co-ordinate the on-boarding process for new starters including initiating police checks and managing probation.
- Manage the recruitment helpdesk by responding to internal and external queries.
- Process a range of HR requests/forms via the digital service desk.
- Ensure records and reports are accurate and up to date.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support recruitment activities.
- Provide accurate and timely advice and assistance to both staff and managers in relation to HR policies, procedures, and employment conditions.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or APS recruitment experience, particularly with Acendre or other similar recruitment systems, will be highly regarded.
- Well-developed organisational skills, including the ability to manage tasks and workflow in a high-volume environment with competing priorities.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service skills, including demonstrating initiative and the ability to foster effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders at all levels.
