The role
* Supervise painters and subcontractor crews across repaint projects
* Work with the Project Manager to deliver jobs safely, on time, and to specification
* Carry out hands on painting and surface preparation duties as required
* Coordinate labour, materials, tools, and equipment on siteComplete site paperwork, reports, time sheets, and job monitoring records
* Lead site safety activities including risk assessments, pre-starts, inductions, and toolbox meetings
* Liaise with clients on site regarding progress, issues, and day to day updates
* Provide day to day direction, coaching, and support to team members on site
About you
* Painting and Decorating trade qualification
* Strong understanding of site safety systems and safe work practices
* Working at Heights ticket
* EWP ticket is desirable
* Good verbal communication and the ability to give clear instructions
* Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
* Basic computer skills and confidence completing reports electronically
