Responsibilities

* You will be a key point of contact for patients, carers and staff, helping coordinate appointments and communications in a sensitive and professional manner.
* You'll work as part of a collaborative, caring team where your contribution directly supports patient experience and service delivery.

Are You the Right Fit?

The Ideal Candidate Will Demonstrate

* Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role, ideally within a healthcare or clinical setting.
* Strong organisational skills, including diary coordination, meeting preparation, minute taking and follow‐up.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner, ability to demonstrate empathy, compassion and methodical information gathering as well as the ability to work independently while supporting a busy team.

Selectability Criteria

To help us assess your suitability for the role, please provide information as described below:

* Experience in providing secretarial or administrative support in a healthcare or similar environment, including diary management, document preparation, typing (medical terminology if applicable), and prioritisation of competing tasks.
* Example of strong communication and organisational skills in a busy work setting, and how you manage enquiries, difficult conversations with grieving families, maintain confidentiality, and work independently while supporting a team.
