Land Surveyor Position
We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our Property group, you will be responsible for undertaking various property projects across the metropolitan area.
Your primary duties will include conducting as-built and servicing surveys, managing survey documentation and data, ensuring all work is carried out within client guidelines effectively and professionally at all times, providing operational support to project managers and drafting teams, and liaising with contractors to guarantee site requirements are met.

* A degree or diploma in surveying or a related field
* Minimum 4 years of experience in land surveying within Western Australia
* Possession of proficiency in Magnet AutoCAD and relevant survey equipment is preferred, along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work autonomously
* The ideal candidate will also possess strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the capacity to mentor other staff members and contribute to achieving successful project outcomes
