A dedicated Not-For-Profit organisation committed to making a positive impact in our community. This amazing team is passionate about creating lasting change and providing exceptional support to those in need. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Administrator to join a busy team.

Your new role

* Engage confidently with stakeholders by managing incoming calls, responding to emails and acting as a first point of contact when required.
* Perform accurate data entry, maintain databases and ensure information is kept up to date.
* Coordinate projects by tracking progress, following up on outstanding actions and supporting team members throughout each stage.
* Manage document control processes, including preparation, filing, version management and secure collection of documentation.
* Oversee compliance requirements for internal and external stakeholders.
* Conduct system transfers, cross-check documentation and verify data accuracy across platforms.
* Liaise effectively with team members and collaborate across departments to support seamless project delivery.
* Maintain organised filing systems, both digital and physical, to ensure easy retrieval and secure storage.
* Support the smooth operation of office administration and internal systems.
* Utilise Excel for data management, analysis, reporting and the creation of advanced spreadsheets.
* Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders, colleagues and management.
* Contribute to a positive team culture by working collaboratively and supporting others.
* Manage a range of administrative tasks to ensure efficient daily operations.
* Uphold professionalism, confidentiality and discretion in all interactions and documentation handling.
* Provide general administration and workplace coordination support.
* Assist with daily office operations, including ordering supplies, managing shared spaces and coordinating logistics.
* Set up meeting rooms and events, prepare materials and support presentation delivery.
* Schedule appointments, coordinate calendars and organise team meetings as needed.
* Prepare correspondence, reports and internal communications with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Support onboarding processes by preparing documentation, organising equipment and assisting new team members.

What you'll need to succeed

* Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a not-for-profit organisation.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* An administrator with a positive, flexible attitude who supports the team with any task that arises, while confidently fulfilling the proactive, adaptable and proactive responsibilities required to thrive in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
* Must have advanced Excel skills.
