As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you\'ll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You\'ll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

Our Centre - We are a 47-place centre where children explore a world of learning in 3 dynamic rooms (Nursery, Toddler and Kindergarten). Our outdoor play areas are a balance of natural and manmade elements and play surfaces, where Nursery has their own space and the Kindy and Toddlers share their yard.
Experienced Leadership – Be guided by our passionate Centre Director, with over 10 years of experience in childcare, who is dedicated to mentoring, inspiring, and empowering her team

You'll need:
* Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
