In this position, you'll be responsible for managing investor accounts, delivering accurate and timely client outputs, and serving as a key contact for both clients and investors.
You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure registry processes are executed efficiently and in full compliance, while consistently meeting service standards and performance targets.
This position also offers the chance to contribute to internal projects and collaborate across teams to drive continuous improvement.
This role will initially be offered as a 6 month contract, with the view to convert to permanency.
KeyResponsibilities Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions and static data changes within an agreed SLA.Prepare and review key investor documentation (Exit Statements, Tax Statements, Distributions).
Stage payments for approval and send required reports to clients.Deliver exceptional client service by responding promptly to queries and requests.Handle email and phone enquiries professionally within SLA timelines.Maintain compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and risk management protocols.Identify, report and assist with incidents, breaches and regulatory changes.Support process improvements, documentation updates and internal control enhancements.Participate in projects, mandatory training and maintain personal training records.Assist with fund transitions and onboarding of new funds efficiently.
KeyCompetencies Consistently deliver timely, professional responses to client, investor and stakeholder queries across phone and email channels.Proficient in entering/reviewing transactions and data in registry systems, ensuring accuracy within SLAs.Manage daily/monthly/quarterly/annual deliverables and competing deadlines without compromising quality.Apply policies, procedures and regulatory requirements - identify, report and help resolve incidents/breaches; demonstrate strong control mindset.Escalate improvement opportunities, support documentation and control design, and follow checklists rigorously.
Experience Minimum of 3 years as a Fund Administrator or other related roles in the financial services industry.Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance highly regarded.Excellent organisational skills and ability to work autonomously.Analytical and problem solving skills.Outstanding client service skills.Clear, concise written and verbal communication; tailoring updates and reports to clients, managers and cross functional teams.Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
