Role overview
We're seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to own and execute our paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms. This role is all about driving bookings, optimising cost-per-booking, and scaling owner acquisition campaigns.
You'll manage end-to-end performance marketing execution across a complex digital portfolio, ensuring tactical media investments contribute directly to business outcomes. This is an in-house, executional role with strategic oversight, designed to reduce reliance on external agencies.
Key responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns across multiple brand accounts.
* Own the full digital ad funnel—from ad copy and creative briefing to budget allocation, bid strategy, and conversion tracking.
* Lead campaign optimisation to achieve direct booking targets and reduce cost-per-booking across the portfolio.
* Plan and manage owner acquisition campaigns designed to increase new property listings across regional brands.
* Establish and maintain a unified account structure across brands within Google Ads and Meta Business Manager.
* Create and optimise landing pages in collaboration with internal teams to improve ad relevance and conversion performance.
* Regularly report on paid performance metrics including ROI, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and revenue driven from paid media.
* Identify trends, audiences, and opportunities to scale performance with a test-and-learn mindset.
* Manage tagging, tracking, and attribution to ensure accurate performance data and campaign insights.
* Supervise and mentor an offshore implementation specialist to execute media builds and campaign QA efficiently.
* Collaborate with the Marketing Operations Manager to ensure all paid activity aligns with broader marketing goals and local seasonal priorities.
Who we're looking for:
This role is perfect for someone with a minimum of 4 years experience in performance marketing or digital paid media, ideally within travel, tourism, or hospitality.
We're looking for someone with deep hands-on experience running Google Ads (including PMax) and Meta Ads campaigns, with a proven track record of delivering cost-efficient performance outcomes at scale.
You'll have a strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data, and familiarity with attribution models, GA4, conversion tracking, and audience segmentation.
You'll be comfortable managing complex multi-brand accounts with varied budgets, locations, and seasonal trends.
You'll also have strong written and verbal communication skills for internal reporting and campaign rationale.
