Mental Health Administrative and Scanning Support Officer

The Mental Health Administrative and Scanning Support Officer will be a valued member of the Kerferd team and will be required to provide administrative support to the Program Manager and multidisciplinary team, as well as providing and delivering a range of reception, administrative, service monitoring, and office management tasks to support the effective operation of the inpatient unit. The successful candidate will also be responsible for performing all components of the medical document scanning process. We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity:
* Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Demonstrated experience in a healthcare reception/administration role
* Proven ability to work within a complex multidisciplinary environment
* Sound computer literacy
* Desirable: Experience working in a Mental Health team and/or evidence of further qualifications related to the position.
