Online Duty Manager
The Coles Online Department is responsible for selecting and packing online orders in-store by a team of Personal Shoppers. These orders are then picked up as part of our click and collect/concierge service or delivered to customers in our delivery vans.
You will report directly to the Department Manager and be accountable for the department's performance. Your focus will be on contributing to a welcoming and inspiring customer experience that reflects our brand values.
