This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Commis Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.
The ideal candidate will have relevant Certificate III cookery qualifications and previous experience in a similar role. You will also possess knowledge about Modern Australian Cuisine and be familiar with HACCP and OH&S standards.
We are looking for someone who is flexible and able to work a range of different shifts, including weekends. Additionally, you should be self-motivated and able to work without supervision, as well as possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

* Hourly Rates:
* $27.17 per hour (Monday - Friday)
* $33.96 per hour (Saturday)
* $40.76 per hour (Sunday)

* Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.
* Support service across multiple outlets, including the restaurant, event spaces, and in-room dining.
* Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently maintained.
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver a seamless guest experience.

* Hold relevant Certificate III cookery qualifications.
