Our client, a proud Australian owned and family run business for over 20 years, provides a range of workwear across Australia and New Zealand including hi visibility work wear, corporate attire, hospitality uniforms and casual wear. Due to growth within the business, we are currently looking for an experienced customer service team member to join their dynamic team in Altona.
**Duties and responsibilities**:
- Answer all incoming calls
- Log call information and manage relevant documentation
- Inbound customer service
- Assist with data entry/processing of orders
- Provide excellent customer service through answering customer enquiries
**What is required for this role**:
- Previous experience within a customer service call centre environment highly regarded
- Outstanding work ethic
- Well presented with a can do attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to navigate between multiple screens and systems
- Experience using SAGE (Desirable, not essential)
