Your role will involve being the face of our company, engaging with the local community, and handling sales, inquiries, merchandising, and liaising with customers and suppliers.You will provide professional and timely service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. Your key responsibilities include:Providing excellent customer service and enhancing the customer journey;Welcoming new and existing customers into our showrooms;Actively promoting Ausreo’s products to generate sales;Merchandising and stock replenishment;Processing sales, generating quotations, and engaging with e-commerce and social media;Managing service centre and office operations;Quickly troubleshooting and resolving inquiries via phone and email;Stock control in the warehouse;Coordinating production with factory staff;Managing logistics, including transport and deliveries;Communicating effectively with all stakeholders and handling difficult customers professionally;Performing general administrative duties.To Be Successful:Strong verbal and written communication skills;Previous experience in retail, hardware, or trade environments is highly regarded; steel industry experience is a plus but not essential;Ability to sell face-to-face and demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit;Highly organized, capable of multi-tasking, with strong attention to detail;Proficient computer skills and quick learner of new systems;Team player who can also work independently;Ability to work under pressure effectively;Driver’s license is essential.If you have a welcoming approach, show high initiative, and aim to provide our customers with a unique experience, then this role is for you.
