Your Role
Your Role: As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving our growth in the Australian market.
Your responsibilities will include:
Sales Strategy & Territory Development: Plan and execute sales strategies to expand your territory and drive business growth.
Customer Relationship Management: Provide exceptional service to existing distributors, end-users, and OEMs while developing new business opportunities.
Technical Expertise: Leverage your extensive technical knowledge to offer tailored solutions and support for complex hydraulic applications.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with a dedicated sales team within a structured sales management process to exceed both individual and team sales targets.
Training & Development: Receive in-depth training in the latest hydraulic technologies and applications to stay ahead of industry trends.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
Technical Knowledge: A strong background in the Hydraulic Fluid Power sector, with experience across various industrial markets.
Sales Drive: A self-motivated, autonomous individual driven by both technical challenges and achieving sales targets.
Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Attention to Detail: A keen understanding of customer needs and the ability to deliver accurate, effective solutions.
Preferred Experience: A background in Mechanical & Technical trades or Engineering, particularly in hydraulics or motion control, is highly desirable.
