Duty Manager
We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer‐focused team player to fill the position of Duty Manager and work alongside our current team of Duty Managers.
The Duty Manager is accountable for the efficient day‐to‐day operation of all club services and amenities. They supervise all staff working the shift through their functional supervisors/managers, handle customer feedback, and resolve complaints or refer them to the appropriate Manager. They make daily operational decisions for the Club.
The Duty Manager ensures the service standards of excellence are met for each shift through effective management, leadership, coaching, and mentoring. This role also handles opening/closing of the Club and related security issues, allocates work and supervises employees in one or more sections of the Club, and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
This is a permanent position.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience at a management or supervisory level in a club or similar industry
* Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
* Current Responsible Service of Gaming (RCG)

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
* Experience in a similar role or equivalent
* Knowledge of the club industry or equivalent
* Experience with cash, safe, and bank procedures
* Competence in MS Office Suite and POS systems
* Ability to work within a budget and manage labour costs
* Adherence to WH&S and legal obligations
