Position Title: Site Supervisor – Fit-Out (NSW)
We are seeking a driven Site Manager to join a growing commercial construction and fit‐out business delivering high‐quality retail and live environment projects across NSW.
This role suits a hands‐on operator with 5+ years' experience in commercial construction, strong site administration capability, and a trade background. Experience delivering projects within major retail environments such as Kmart, Woolworths and Coles will be highly regarded.
The role: You will take ownership of site operations from commencement through to completion, ensuring programme, safety, cost and quality objectives are consistently achieved — often within live trading environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day‐to‐day site operations and subcontractor coordination
* Drive programme performance and meet strict deadlines
* Oversee site administration, documentation and reporting
* Manage RFIs, variations and cost control processes
* Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and WHS standards
* Liaise professionally with clients, consultants and internal teams
Requirements
* Minimum 5+ years' experience in commercial construction
* Strong site administration skills
* Proficient in Procore and HammerTech
* Trade background preferred
* Proven experience delivering retail or live environment fit‐outs
* Strong leadership and organisational ability
* Excellent understanding of construction sequencing and site safety
