About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Interior Designer to join a fast-paced, client-facing environment. You will play a key role in guiding clients through the end-to-end colour selection and design process, managing appointments, and driving upgrade revenue through confident and considered design recommendations. Working across a high volume of consultations, you'll manage approximately 10 jobs per month, with 2 client appointments per week, and up to 10-15 appointments fortnightly. Beyond client interactions, the role also involves a strong procurement and product development focus, including sourcing new materials, liaising with suppliers, and contributing to the ongoing evolution of the product offering. This position offers genuine scope to progress into a Team Leader role for someone who shows initiative and leadership capability.
