Executive Sales Leader Wanted
We are looking for a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our sales efforts in the Adelaide Inner South, Hills & Riverland/Mildura Region.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to drive growth and success by leading a team of Independent Sales Contractors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and develop their team.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business objectives.
* Manage and mentor a team of Independent Sales Contractors to ensure they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to improve sales performance.
* Build and maintain relationships with key customers to increase business opportunities.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
About You
* Have 3 years FMCG sales experience.
* Have 2 years people management experience.
* Have excellent planning and organisational skills.
* Have highly developed interpersonal skills (ability to develop strong relationships internally & externally).
* Have excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
* Be able to manage challenging timelines and work under pressure.
* Have computer skills (Microsoft Office, Sales force, information systems).
* Have experience in working with new customers and developing relationships quickly.
* Understand end-to-end supply chain drivers within FMCG.
* Be a self-starter who uses your own initiative.
* Have a valid Driver's License.
