Key responsibilities:
Supporting retained executive searches and learning executive search techniques
Developing talent pipelines
Identify business development opportunities within our key industry sectors
About you:
A can do, positive attitude with an appetite to learn and succeed
Previous white collar recruitment experience - preferably within one of our key industry sectors
Demonstrated experience in relevant recruitment systems (LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, Bullhorn)
Ability to work autonomously & manage your time efficiently
Ability to work well in a team environment & collaborate with colleagues
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Energetic, focused & likes a challenge
