Accountancy Job Description

* We are seeking an energetic and experienced finance administrator to support day-to-day operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping and efficient billing processes.
* Finance Administrator responsibilities include managing accounts receivables, preparing debtor reports, processing payments, data entry for financial transactions, generating purchase orders and recording receipts. Additionally they will assist with budgeting forecasts by providing detailed records of past activities.
* A certification in bookkeeping or accountancy is desirable but not essential. At least two years experience within a relevant administration role required preferably where you have performed administrative duties supporting the management team of a business or organization as part of your work schedule
