Kingston Building is a leading Newcastle-based construction company renowned for delivering high-quality commercial and residential projects across NSW. Proudly local, we're known for our commitment to excellence, innovation, and community engagement — and we're looking for a proactive Project Assistant to join our growing team.
About the Role
This role offers variety across multiple business areas — supporting our Managing Director, Estimating and Project Delivery teams. You'll play a key role in business development, tender preparation, project setup, and general office administration.
Key Responsibilities
* Support preparation of expressions of interest and tender submissions.
* Assist estimating and operations teams with tender coordination and documentation.
* Help set up projects both from an office and site perspective.
* Maintain and update capability statements, project profiles, and social media platforms.
* Coordinate office and vehicle maintenance, stationery, and supplies.
* Assist HR with recruitment and uniform purchases.
* Organise functions.
About You
* Strong administrative and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat (Indesign/Canva a plus).
* Attention to detail and a methodical approach.
* A broad understanding or interest in the building industry.
* Current driver's licence and White Card.
