About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
* Prepare and execute comprehensive construction programmes using industry-standard software.
* Manage budgets, monitor costs, and implement effective cost control measures.
* Maintain high Health & Safety standards across all projects.
* Implement robust quality assurance processes to ensure exceptional outcomes.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate project delivery teams and junior staff.
* Provide regular project progress updates to senior management.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or in a similar senior project leadership role within construction.
* A strong track record of delivering multiple projects successfully.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
* Proficiency with industry-standard programming software.
* In-depth knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and best practices.
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and risks.
* Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
