Job Overview
This role is based in Melbourne working full-time, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. You will spend your first six months completing supervised training and earning certification.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality support to clients and partners by processing renewals, endorsements, and debt management across a portfolio of representatives.
* Underwrite risks within your delegation, ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, and monitor the quality of submissions.
* Process tasks, manage workflows, coordinate post-outs, handle inbound calls from clients and stakeholders, and manage debt.
