Service Desk Professional Job Description This role focuses on delivering high-quality support services to customers, utilizing incident management systems and proactive monitoring tools. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Job Purpose: The primary responsibility of this position is to provide responsive and high-quality service desk support to Nomad's MTM customer and other APAC customers.
