The Mental Health and Research team is responsible for the delivery of evidence-based innovative programs and initiatives that influence how Comcare meets its strategic intent to promote and enable safe and healthy work, including mentally healthy workplaces. The team, comprising both Mental Health and Research functions, engages collaboratively across the business and with external stakeholders to conduct and translate research to deliver a positive impact for the Scheme.Overview of the RoleThe Assistant Director, Research and Engagement is responsible for leading and managing innovative initiatives and research programs for the Comcare scheme.
