This role involves spearheading a small team to shape how workforce data and insights inform strategic decision-making.
* Leading workforce analytics, reporting, or planning initiatives.
* Utilizing data to craft compelling narratives supporting strategic choices.
* Ensuring and enhancing data quality in HR systems.
* Preparing clear, concise briefs and communications.
Familiarity with PowerBI, Aurion, or project management would be beneficial. We seek an individual who is both adept at navigating people dynamics and possesses strong analytical skills.
