Both of these options remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.Position Profile: The Nurse Manager demonstrates the AKG vision and values, providing leadership and management in relation to educational leadership, whilst managing a team of Staff Development Educators/Nurses. This position is responsible for the development, facilitation, implementation and evaluation of educational programs, resources and strategies for nursing education and related services throughout Armadale and Kalamunda Hospital Group. The position is a specialist role which provides educational leadership and management of the Education team, and consultancy for education and training programs / resources and utilisation of effective teaching strategies within the health service. The Nurse Manager will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including the Chief Nursing and Midwifery Office and education providers to ensure standards are continually improved, and maintained in line with the strategic direction of the health service.Area Profile: Armadale Health Service (AHS) is a general hospital focused on providing a range of high quality health care services in the community.
