About the Role:
* Provide professional and personalized service to customers to find their ideal jewellery pieces
* Achieve set sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Complete in-house training to stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales skills, and company policies and procedures
* Perform operational tasks such as stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping
