* Build strong relationships with Executive Assistants and senior stakeholders across the business to facilitate interview scheduling and ensure seamless candidate experience.
* Coordinate and assist with the setup of assessments, leveraging technology to streamline the process and enhance evaluation.
* Prepare and assist in the development of comprehensive interview guides for executive-level positions.
About You:
* Proven experience working in executive search as a recruitment coordinator or administrator, with a strong track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
* Demonstrated ability to interact and build rapport effectively at the senior and C-Suite levels, fostering trust and driving success.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear and concise messaging.
