About the Role
In this key leadership position, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing the overall customer experience in our stores. You will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and lead a talented team of sales assistants.
As a Customer Experience Leader, you will have a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, as well as a strong commercial acumen. You will be able to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to drive growth and improve profitability.
You will also be responsible for coaching and developing your team members, providing guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills. Your ability to motivate and inspire your team will be crucial in achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
