About the role
We're currently recruiting for an experienced Scheduler & Project Administrator to join a project‐based team supporting a major infrastructure project in South Australia.
This is an opportunity suited to someone with strong project administration experience who is confident managing schedules and supporting project delivery in a fast‐paced environment.
This role will see you providing end‐to‐end administrative and scheduling support across a large‐scale project. You'll work closely with project and commercial teams to ensure key milestones, documentation and reporting requirements are met.
The position is primarily administration‐focused, with scheduling forming a key component of the role.
Key responsibilities
* Provide administrative support across project teams, including meeting coordination, minutes and reporting.
* Maintain and update project schedules in line with key milestones and deliverables.
* Monitor project progress and assist with reporting against timelines and budgets.
* Support document control processes, including SharePoint and project systems.
* Assist with contract administration and project coordination activities.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders and contractors to ensure accurate and timely information flow.
About you
* Previous experience in project administration, document control or project coordination roles.
* Experience working on infrastructure or construction‐related projects (preferred).
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Confident communicator with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders.
* Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and Excel.
* Exposure to scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 is highly regarded.
