Pay
$49.18 – $68.53 per hour plus super and an Educational Leader allowance.
Responsibilities
As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you will:
* Collaborate with educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children.
* Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content.
* Guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
* Lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice in partnership with the centre leadership team.
* Lead change and champion practice uplift and excellence as core parts of the role.
Qualifications
* Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or an ACECQA‐approved equivalent.
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* Current NT Working with Children Check.
* Previous experience leading change in education (desirable).
