The Opportunity
Sales Consultants (known at Goodlife as Member Support Consultants/MSCs) are the energy behind our clubs. They're often the first person someone meets when they walk through the doors; the person who helps them take that first step toward a healthier, stronger life.
This is a fast-paced, people-first role where your energy and drive make a real difference. You'll be the driving force behind new memberships at your club, meeting new people, inspiring them to start their fitness journey, and helping them commit to a healthier lifestyle.
MSCs are right at the centre of the club experience; welcoming members, driving membership growth, and creating a positive, supportive environment every day.
At Goodlife, you're not just selling memberships; you're helping people change their lives through health, fitness, and confidence.
Responsibilities
* Proactively contribute to club sales budget utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns
* Generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and the identification of new business opportunities
* Achieving the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
* Providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members
* Creating great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions
* Achieving successful outcomes to enquiries
* Opening and closing the club as per the club roster
* Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
* Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience
About you
* Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
* Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
* The ability to solve problems, and overcome obstacles
* Outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others
* Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
* Customer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes

* Base salary + uncapped commissions with realistic earnings of $65K+
