Reporting into the General Manager - Information Technology, the IT Project Manager will join our Information Technology team on a permanent, full-time basis at our South Guildford office.
This role involves leading strategic ICT projects, managing the IT portfolio, and driving digital transformation across the business.
Roster: Monday to Friday, 8.5 hours per day (including meal break)
What You'll Do:
* Scope, plan, execute, and close strategic ICT projects aligned with business goals
* Lead project prioritisation and intake through business cases and resource planning
* Manage project execution to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes
* Govern IT budget and contract administration, including financial reporting and vendor management
Skills & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related discipline
* Experience in finance is highly desirable
* Proven experience in project management and IT within large corporate environments
* Strong project planning, risk management, and analytical skills
* Proven experience in budget management and contract administration
* Effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and vendor coordination
* Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
