Job Description
The role of Executive Sous Chef plays a vital part in ensuring the consistency and excellence of food preparation and operational management within the kitchen team.
This key position is responsible for:
* Maintaining exceptional product quality and service standards at all times
* Collaborating with the Senior Culinary Leader on menu creation and development
* Providing comprehensive training and development to up to 40 staff members, including Chefs, Apprentices, and other kitchen personnel
* Ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols and regulations
* Monitoring and analyzing departmental expenditure on an ongoing basis
* Designing initiatives to meet financial objectives
