Duties and Responsibilities

* Deliver high-impact paid influencer campaigns focused on brand reach and ROI.
* Plan and execute influencer/PR events.
* Conceptualise brand activations and events that create amazing experiences for influencers and support company objectives.
* Maintain influencer relationships and build pathways to long-term ambassadorships.
* Execute all campaigns on time and within budget.
* Pitch media outlets and secure press features.
* Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers in relevant industries.
* Create compelling press releases, pitches, and other communication materials.
* Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for brand exposure.
* Manage a budget and forward plan associated costs.
* Fully report on the ROI of an event or activation.
* Liaise with all vendors and organise on the day coordination of the event and the wider team.

Requirements

* 2 years of experience in a similar role in influencer marketing, PR, or events.
* A solid understanding of the Gen Z fashion landscape and creator economy.
* Exceptional organisation, project management, and communication skills.
* A natural relationship builder who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
