Position Overview
The People Services Manager is a senior generalist role, reporting to the People & Culture Manager. This role provides oversight of operational people matters, acts as an escalation point for complex employee relations issues, and plays a key role in leading projects, change initiatives and capability development across the business.
What you'll be doing
* Oversee and support the management of day-to-day people matters
* Act as escalation point for complex performance, conduct and employee relations issues
* Coach, develop and support People & Culture Business Partners and Coordinator
* Lead and execute people projects and organisational change initiatives
* Maximise functionality, data integrity and reporting through our HRIS (Employment Hero)
* Drive consistency and quality in the application of people processes across the business
* Support the design and rollout of leadership capability and development programs
What you'll bring
* Strong generalist HR experience, ideally in a multi-site or operational environment
* Demonstrated experience managing complex employee relations matters
* Proven ability to coach, develop and uplift HR practitioners
* Strong judgement, attention to detail and sound understanding of compliant people practices
* Calm, practical and solutions-focused approach
