Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our environmental consulting team. As a key member of our national environment group, you will have extensive industry experience and a strong understanding of contaminated land principles and local regulatory compliance.
You will be responsible for project direction/management, client management, staff training and mentoring, project and office support nationally, business development, proposal preparation, technical input, and report reviews.
* Lead projects and manage teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
* Provide expert advice to clients on contaminated land principles and local regulatory compliance
* Develop and implement business strategies to grow our environmental consulting services
* Mentor and train staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
* Contribute to the development of proposals and reports to secure new business

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
* Tertiary degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Environmental Management or related qualification
* Proven ability to work directly with clients and other stakeholders to deliver successful projects
* Experience in a similar position
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong team player
* Commitment to workplace health and safety
