* Main responsibilities include:
* Support the delivery of strategic asset plans and other initiatives.
* Analyse regular call-outs, maintenance requests to inform departments to asset maintenance plans and preventative maintenance schedules.
* Be the first point of contact for technical, facilities management and asset maintenance inquiries.
* Monitor contractor performance and ensure contracts are executed to budget and scope.
* Support contract compliance with safety and quality standards.
* Assist with audits and inspections.
* Build relationships with agencies, sub-contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
* Monitor and report on the delivery of programmed work by subcontracted providers.
