Responsibilities
* Process and manage supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies
* Prepare and process payment runs, including electronic funds transfers
* Assist with end-of-month processes, including account reconciliations and reporting
* Maintain accurate accounts payable records and support financial audits
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve invoice or payment queries
* Support the wider finance team with general finance administration tasks as required
Qualifications
* Previous experience in Accounts Payable or Finance
* Experience using Xero or MYOB
* Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
* Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a good understanding of accounting principles
