Job Title: Academic Enrolment Coordinator
This role offers the opportunity to provide key administrative support in facilitating student enrolments within the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all enquiries is crucial for this position
* Collaborate with the admissions manager to conduct site tours that showcase our institution's facilities and programmes
* Coordinate and administer various scholarship programmes to support students in their educational pursuits
* Promote confidentiality and maintain secure record-keeping systems to safeguard sensitive information
* Develop written correspondence as needed, ensuring clarity and professionalism
* Provide vital day-to-day administrative assistance to the admissions manager, including tasks such as calendar organisation and data entry
* Organise and assist with events aimed at promoting student enrolment, working closely with internal stakeholders
Requirements:
* Superb interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Strong organisational and time management abilities, with a keen focus on meeting deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and effectively manage administrative systems and procedures
