Lead Medical Workforce Specialist
This position plays a pivotal role within the Medical Workforce Unit, ensuring seamless delivery of end-to-end medical services across recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, and governance.
* Drive operational excellence in medical workforce services including attraction, recruitment, credentialing, and governance.
* Provide strategic advice and support to senior stakeholders on matters related to policy, strategy, and risk.
* Coach team members and contribute to workforce capability development through continuous improvement initiatives.
* Support strategic objectives aimed at enhancing medical workforce engagement, service delivery, and retention across the District.
* Ensure all processes align with relevant legislation, industrial awards, and NSW Health policies.
About You
* Proven experience in medical or clinical recruitment services within complex, regulated environments.
* Strong understanding of recruitment governance, credentialing frameworks, and industrial awards pertinent to the medical workforce.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and drive service improvements in fast-paced settings.
* Proficiency in business systems and workforce platforms with a focus on compliance and performance reporting.
